Welcome to PDX Conference Equipment (“we,” “our,” “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Identity
​
PDX Conference Equipment is a sole proprietorship registered in Oregon under an Assumed Business Name (DBA). Our principal place of business is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

2. Products & Availability
​
We primarily resell new-in-box conference room equipment.
Product descriptions and availability are based on supplier information and may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors or supplier changes.
​
3. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
​
All inquiries and orders are subject to review and acceptance by us.
Submitting an inquiry, request for quote, or payment does not guarantee that we will fulfill the order.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline to provide goods or services if:

The requested products are unavailable or cannot be sourced.

The requested quantity is below our minimum order size or exceeds what we can reasonably supply.

The request otherwise falls outside the scope of our business operations.
If we decline an order after payment is received, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment
​
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
​
Payment is due in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued via Stripe; we accept credit cards, ACH, and other Stripe-supported methods.
​
Title to goods transfers only upon receipt of full payment.
​
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using standard carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) through our shipping partners.
Shipping costs are invoiced separately unless otherwise specified.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available here. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers
​
Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
We make no independent warranties and expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).

8. Privacy & Data
​
We collect only the personal information necessary to fulfill inquiries, quotes, and orders (such as name, email, shipping address).

Information is used solely for business purposes and shared only with necessary service providers (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

9. Governing Law
​
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
